Terms of Service – Jimmy’s Detailing

By booking a service with Jimmy’s Detailing and checking the box at checkout, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Obligation

  • By scheduling a detail, you agree to pay the full amount for the service once it has been completed.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Rescheduling & Refund Policy

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at sales.jimsdetailing@gmail.com and we will work with you to set a new appointment.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue and deliver the quality you paid for.

3. Vehicle Condition & Liability

  • Jimmy’s Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings before the appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle (including but not limited to jewelry, makeup, toys, electronics, or loose change).

  • If we notice a valuable or loose item, we may set it aside safely, but we are not liable if an item is overlooked, vacuumed, or otherwise displaced during cleaning.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location.

  • If the vehicle is excessively dirty beyond a normal detail (e.g. hazardous waste, biohazards, extreme pet hair), additional charges may apply or the job may be refused.

5. Non-Payment Consequences

Failure to pay for completed services is a breach of this agreement. If payment is not made:

  1. We will issue a formal invoice with a payment deadline.

  2. If payment is still not received, the account may be referred to a collections agency and reported to credit bureaus.

  3. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action in New Jersey small claims court to recover the amount owed, plus any allowable court costs and fees.

6. Website Use Disclaimer

  • Our website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or content on third-party links.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jimmy’s Detailing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

By booking and checking the agreement box, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them.
